I own a 2008 Ford Edge and I brought my car in for a transmission check. Randy the assistant service manager was the first one that I spoke to. He did not hesitate in helping me to check out my car and also put me in a service loaner. It only took a couple days for the car to have a new transmission put in based on my warranty. Randy kept me up to date the entire time I had my car worked on. He also informed me of an axle and sensor that needed to be replaced and completed this work as well.

Randy should be highly recognized as a manager for the service he provided me. I am going to take this review one step further and send in a personal letter to the corporate office and his direct supervisor. I thank God for people like Randy that helped me through a difficult car repair experience.
