Out of all the Mercedes Benz dealership Belmont one is with the best customer service without a question.I've been at all of them.
I live less then 1 mile away from the San Jose dealership but I rather drive 25 miles to Belmont one.
Johnny has been servicing my car since 2014.
Making appointment is very easy, I tend to call in the last minute and he makes sure that he fits me in right away.
Very attentive, very professional, making sure he only does what he needs to ,never tries to force unnecessary services yet he makes sure my car is always at its best.
Never fails to bring the highest quality customer service.
