Was transferred by ambulance here early hours of Thurs morning from Maidstone A+E as there are ENT specialists. From minute one to my discharge this morning I cannot fault the care I have received. I have been treated with kindness, compassion (I was in severe pain and had a high fever), respect and dignity, with a sense of humour, by every person I have come into contact with, especially the staff on SSSU. It's clean, tidy, light and airy.
