One word to describe Kibo disaster . I ordered $1200 worth of parts from can-am. UPS lost the package, when I say lost I don t mean stolen off my porch I mean lost in transit, it never made it to the delivery truck.

I initially contacted kibo after the package was two days late, was asked to wait a few days. Fast forward to nine days past the delivery date, kibo refuses to open a investigation with UPS, I had to contact UPS to start the process on my own (the shipper normally does this). Kibo refuses to acknowledge that the package is missing, the reps act like I should be happy with loosing $1200. The only response I have received is we are waiting for a response from the shipper .

At one point the shipper said the package was ready to be picked up at the UPS customer center. The tracking number said in bold package not ready for pickup , I made the trip anyways JIC. The UPS rep said nope not ready and it looks like it s been lost . I called kibo again to let them know and they still refuse to believe it s lost.

At this point my only hope for a refund is a bank dispute. I don t blame kibo for the lost package but they successfully made a bad situation worse. A simple hey we see a problem, we are investigating and will have a solution on this date is all it takes to reassure the customer.
