Adult emergency room is awful. The staff speaks to patients in a very unprofessional manner. The triage nurse knew I was in a wheelchair and couldn t move; they called my name and no one came to help escort me. I had to sit there and wait for my brother to come and wheel me in. Very bad experience. I should ve just went to white plains hospital.
