Terrible customer service!! My mother purchased a certificate for me but the stylist had quit (probably b/c these people are incredibly rude). They at first told me I could still have my hair done & the owner would call me back. She never did. I tried several times to recontact her but the tone changed, I would not be able to do my hair there? I finally went up there sick of being ignored & was told I could not see the owner, not get my hair done, nor get a refund! These people do not want to do your hair they will steal your money!!
