Many back issues are over priced and in poor condition. Found a "Teen Titans Go #18"(slightly worn) in the dollar bin, went to check out and was told I was lying about where I found it, then Warren back pedals and says he just can't let it go for $1 and he wants cover price. If you don't have a 10+ book pull list, you are a second class citizen.
