Salespeople were quick to answer "yes" to all features I asked about when selling the system to me. Once paid for, these people seem to disappear into the mist. The "training" session was handled by a rude man who answered "no" to most of my questions about functionality. Asked about a refund 3 weeks after spending almost $10k on subscriptions and equipment, to be told "You may need another training session, all sales are final".
Receipts fail to print after 2-3 min unless the iPad is restarted, iPad app is completely useless (great way to waste $3000), cannot email statements to customers, receipts lack basic look and function of an actual invoice, cannot search or see SKU numbers on inventory, cannot edit a sale (even 1 min after completing it), staff has to create manual stock to special order, customer payments cannot be applied to invoices, and a multitude of other problems a polished POS should not have.
This system is for VERY basic POS functions. Would not recommend to anyone running a serious business.
The only reason it gets 1 star is due to the fact that tech support seems to answer in a timely manner, even if they cannot usually solve any of the problems with this system.
