I was ready to look past all the negative comments...

I was ready to look past all the negative comments and reviews that I had read or seen regarding Artona photos, but upon arriving for my photoshoot I was delayed by over half an hour. Not only that, the entire photoshoot, which in reality could be done in less than half an hour, ended up taking TWO HOURS. The set of photos I did not enjoy and I had hoped to retake them, but they were too busy to do so. After receiving the confirmation emails, I looked on their website excitedly to view my photos. Since it is my last year of high school, I hope to keep all the photos in digital format so I can view and share them easily with my family, some of whom do not live close by. After clicking through pages of "oh, would you like to purchase this VERY REASONABLE (note: sarcasm) frame/bundle/package" I finally came upon the digital format page. Then I discovered the total price.... An insane $470+!!! Artona, while you may be a commendable photography company with a century-old heritage, your price gouging due to your monopoly on school photos is abhorrent. It is NOT okay to exploit parents who may wish to get photos of their graduating children and overcharge them!
