Pros: fast Wifi; availability of Blue Bottle coffee; very friendly staffers; a convenient place to work in Palo Alto.

Cons: boy is it noisy in here. I rented one of the "quiet" rooms once to take a call. The person on the other end of the line asked me if I was in a bar. Another con is, though the food is delicious, it is pretty heavy. It would be nice to have some lighter options.
