Customer service was excellent but I waited over 2 hrs for an oil change. With an appointment that I made. Secondly I told the service personnel that on the passenger side was leaning more than the driver side. They checked it out and it was true. But the said it was normal. I have a 2018 Nissan Titan. I'm paying alot of money for it,with bumper to bumper warranty. The last thing I want is to drive a truck that's leaning on one side.
