Amazing experience here, although I didn't purchase a wedding dress. The store was clean and modern. I was given 6 clips to put on dresses around the store that I liked. It was really fun because it wasn't like a warehouse feel at all, and most of the dresses were gorgeous and my style.
On Saturdays they make you share a viewing area with another bride, which I thought could be stressful, but it was actually alright because the other family was fun and kept complimenting my choices.
My consultant really listened to what I was after, and pulled great dresses. I didn't find "the one" but definitely had more of an idea of what worked on me and what details were important to me. She never once tried to put me in a dress outside my budget. She gave me a card with the dress designers and styles that I liked, which was great because I've heard about other stores trying to hide that information from brides so they can't find a dress at another shop.
