A little challenging to get to location-wise (traffic), but the service is outstanding. Both pre-sales and after-sales service is TOP NOTCH! Of course, you're paying a premium for Mercedes, but this is an example of getting what you paid for. Bought a 2016 E-class, their delivery prep was perfect. Not a blemish and well detailed. I did get "talked into" the tire insurance, which I initially thought was a complete rip-off, but it really paid off since they serviced not one but two tires that went bad without a squawk. Every time we take it in for service, I am always impressed. This is how to run a car dealership!
