So I booked an appointment due to the fact that it was the weekend, and I even confirmed the day before. I Showed up with 11 minutes of delay, (I was looking for a parking spot close to the entrance because was raining) they told me that they have 9 minutes of waiting policy... and they could not honor my appointment. I thought they were joking, but eventually was not a joke, I did not even argue I turned and left. The famous 9 minutes... everybody has to buy a chronometer before go to these folks! Keep up the good work!
