Doctor was good but the reception desk/client serv...

Doctor was good but the reception desk/client service is horrible. 8-10 minutes on hold on the phone consistently. 15 minutes on hold today.
After 15 minutes on hold, i got an answering machine. Worst customer service ever considering it's a private clinic.
