First and foremost I have to note the president of Allstate Mr. Ben Bar. He's always understanding and very accommodating. As well as kind and modest.

The overall ambience and culture is very positive, you can feel it from the first time of interaction.

Everyone is very responsive and easily accessible. They are are friendly and make you feel comfortable, always with a smile:-)

Each HOA manger knew all the details about the properties and their needs and always in a proactive mode.

I highly recommend working with these folks.
