This is my first year using a snow service - I had done my own previously. I'm really happy with service itself... Kodiak always seems to be the 1st to get to the cleaning in my area and are very good about coming back to do the clean up.
One unexpected aspect was the emails explaining what can be expect in terms of timing in advance of storms. Brilliant!
For the rare times I've had to call about something, the people I've spoken with have been great.
Like I say, my first year with them, but not my last... and likely getting a few new clients to join next season too!
