UPDATE: Another HUGE shout out to Dillion Ruggles!!! He came through for me and got my windshield fixed!! I'm telling you the customer service he extends is phenomenal!!! Dillion is AMAZING!!!!! Look him up when you're ready to purchase your next vehicle!! Ray Skillman should give him some special recognition!! Dillion, THANKS SO MUCH!!! Dillon Ruggles and Kristen Miller were both awesome to work with. They made my car buying experience very easy and enjoyable! The finance guy was cool, too! I just can't remember his name at the moment.

My only issue was having a crack in my wind shield that I was told Ray Skillman would fix. However, when the windshield company came to my home they advised it had already been filled so there was nothing to be done. That's not cool because now I feel misled. The chip is small, but if the sun hits it just right it shoots off a glare that makes it more noticeable, not to mention distracting while driving. Since its something that I'm told I have to live with it could make a difference in whether or not I purchase from this location again in the future.

The staff is extremely nice and I love the vehicle otherwise, hence my 5 star rating!
