Definitely a rip off... $7.95 fee EVERY time I add money & $5 per call. Hold time to do so is ridiculous sometimes 15 minutes or longer. This company knows what the hell their doing they know we are going to pay it it's the only way we can talk to our loved ones who are incarcerated.....#sadbuttrue
