I went down to pnm this morning to try to drop off a paper from my doctor stating that I have to have the electric on so that I don't die at night because I am on a specialized EPAP machine that keeps me breathing at night. I talk to this woman that was behind a desk and told her what I needed and she said that no that didn't go there that that was a gas company paper. She said that it didn't belong there. I then told her that I got it in the mail from you meaning pnm and she kept insisting that it was the gas company even after I was trying to show her that it was from pnm. She was extremely rude and she would not let me speak and tell her what I was trying to tell her. This woman needs to be either reprimanded or removed from this desk. She does not have the bedside manner that needs to be at this desk being that she deals with people when they first walked in the front door.
