We purchased our '17 Cruze from Gateway and have brought it in for all service needs. Zach always takes care of us, no matter if it is me, my wife, or my daughter. He is genuinely concerned and committed to helping when we come in. He always does the extra little things to make sure the service is thorough, and if we do ask something to be double checked, he takes care of it right away. He is the only service advisor I will schedule with. I have bought 2 cars over the past 6 years, and it is still one of the least favorite experiences. When we do come back to Gateway to trade in the Cruze, it will be because of the service Zach has provided.
