The team lacked empathy and was always on the defense. They made sure to tell me a few times, if it was not warranty I would have to pay. At the time, I was stranded and was more concerned about how I was going to get home. Instead of handling the rental, they told me to call enterprise directly. Really? (By the way, the Enterprise team was exceptional. They offered to stay open until I got there) Then when I picked up my car, I discovered they used aftermarket parts on a brand new car! when I asked why, they said that Chevy didn't make that "Kit". So I asked why would they put something on my car that Chevy doesn't even recommend? The answer was,"It was a Serra Recommendation". Translation: They sold me something I didn't need. Finally, They told me my car was "Outside". It was. Sitting in 6 inches of water. I had to climb in the back seat and climb over the to the front seat. GRRRRR!
