I've worked in this office for 5 years 3 month a long long period from 2011 to 2017.
The technical depth in each project is tremendous opportunity for me.
There were couple of managers who were very friendly and approachable attitude.
They all left this organisation now.
Later managers with whom I had was an horrible experience.
Obvious politics and partiality among the team members by managers and leads.
There is less leaders who knew how to lead a healthy team, How to communicate politely.

No one bothers asking members to come on weekends. Just like that they will force is to come on weekends.
More late night works.

Lot of timing restrictions though you have worked 18 hours in previous day, you must be in office by 10 or before.

Since when I started asking and pointed all these things, it has become back burning for me and put me under pressure.

No respect from lead and let me resign from there. Just after resigning they forced me to serve 75 days notice period.

It's very disappointing that, they don't value individual personal life.

Overall very bad experience with good quality of work experience.
