All drivers are required to sign an arbitration agreement before entering the property, forcing you to waive any legal recourse should an incident occur. Furthermore, when I asked for a copy of the entire agreement, I was not given one and essentially told that the very brief one paragraph summary on the scale ticket was enough. I encourage everyone who visits this facility to refuse signing this. They may not allow you in, but at least you keep your rights.
