Review of Swissôtel Nankai Osaka

Perfect location ever

Perfect location ever
Me stay at king size bed room, the room is pretty big (compare to other hotels in Japan)
Staff are nice and friendly
Room is clean but renovation might be needed (especially the bathroom)
But was pretty surprised & upset by the sur-charge imposed on luggage storage.
Don't think it worth to upset the guests with such minimal profit... i might not consider swissotel again coz i think it's too mean to impose this charge... Marketing and Finance should review this
