Shocking, traveled 4 hours and stayed in the hotel...

Shocking, traveled 4 hours and stayed in the hotel next door with my partner and three children under two, got turned away at the door by a snotty front of house worker because they were low on staff, there were loads of spare seats and all the locals were being welcomed in. Wanted to meet a friend in the bar that evening and was told that they were shutting early and that they still wernt taking any walk ins. Wish I could rate below 1 star, not looking forward to breakfast in the morning.
