The concept is admirable and the food is pretty standard. The man working the counter today was extremely rude. A very elderly gentleman asked for a pancake 3 minutes after kitchen close and was harshly told no, the kitchen is closed - he then asked if it was possible to just get a bowl of soup and was again met with um, no! The kitchen IS CLOSED. You should treat all customers and humans with kindness and respect, but especially cute little elderly folks! When I got to the counter, I said how are you? to the staff member and he replied well, I m here. Additional aggressive rudeness ensued and I left with an incorrect order because I wouldn t dare bother him with that. Be better, sweetie.
