One of their company trucks backed into me last year, they've been ducking and dodging my calls as well as my insurance companys.. want to take absolutely no responsibility for their employees actions

EDIT: changing my review, after getting in contact with a supervisor he informed me that the original handler had been dismissed from the company and apologized for the lack of communication. Since then they have been in frequent contact and my car is getting serviced within 2 weeks. Thank you for making things right and expeditiously at that. Customer service is always appreciated
