Purchased a helicopter tour from a local business ...

Purchased a helicopter tour from a local business in Sedona (though through Sedona Pines). Arrived here in time for the tour (mandatory 2 hour time share presentation) that we weren t told we had to do, wasn t a big deal and we were prepared to attend. The issue was, we had our kids with us and they weren t allowed to attend the presentation with us (company rules), but had to attend a kids club for the duration. I would be ok with that if I knew the people who would be looking over my children but unfortunately I was not, and I m not that trusting of a person when it comes to my kids as we all see the stories, so I asked if they could make an accommodation and allow kids to sit with us, but still no. The lady at the front desk was very rude and made no attempt to try to accommodate, although she disappeared to the back to make it seem like she was. After she returned and said no, kids couldn t attend presentation I asked for my money back. She said the amount would be refunded in 4-10 days, I asked if I could get a receipt and she just re uttered (4-10 days) and that was it.

All in all very disappointed with the service we received, and that front desk lady should be remanded and given service training when speaking to customers.
