Subpar performance on the agents and a mediocre company. This is not the place to rent or buy from. communication between the owner, property manager, the "tenet relation" personnel, and the tenet is absolutely horrible. There are better agents and better companies in the area! My family and I were renting with 1st class and when we moved in, the house was not up to standard at all. It was so bad that we could not stay there, due to the repairs being done while my lease had already started. That year followed with several issues. The house I rented had a rodent problem that they refused to acknowledge for several months. The issues was ultimately fixed but not with out a loss of faith in these agents and the owner of the house. Im sure there are still issues with the house that were brought up on my part that they have refused to acknowledge. The owner would also stop by unannounced, this happened on 3 separate occasions. Upon move out, the move out inspection was conducted almost 30 days prior to end of lease. All the issues were fixed on my part. then about 2 weeks after my lease ended I was contacted saying I had to fix more things on the house before my security deposit was released. If further repairs needed to occur they should have been documented on the move out inspection.
