Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I ve had with a medical clinic/organization. In the 2 times I ve frequented this establishment, I ve been incredibly unimpressed. My last appt, I waited in the exam for 55 mins before being seen. No medical professional checked in on me or anything. Once being seen, Dr. Dominique didn t address any of my medical concerns. She asked me some questions, but provided no answers or suggestions. I spent 5 minutes with her. I booked my appointment for 9:15 and I wasn t seen until 10:45. Totally messed me up for working overtime. I was referred to this place from a coworker as I m new to the state of Texas and each time I ve gone, I ve been thoroughly disappointed. PA Michelle Costello lacks bedside manner and she too, addressed none of my concerns. Totally Dismissive and unbothered by my questions. I mean, what s the point of having us fill out an intake form, if you re not even going to go over what I ve written down? The service here is soooo bad, that I will not be coming back. Thank goodness I have travel benefits and I m able to fly back to my home state and get real, attentive, professional and caring medical care. That s what MacArthur is lacking, CARE. I will be sure to tell my colleagues and friends to steer clear away from this unorganized, unprofessional clinic.
