Southgate VW is the only dealer I will ever use for purchasing a new vehicle, parts or service. Rhonda in service is always very friendly and helpful. A loaner vehicle was promised and ready upon drop off. My car was ready when promised and the repair was completed without issue. Jon the technician was extremely thorough and made sure the repair was properly completed and found an issue we weren't aware of that was also taken care of. He was extremely professional and left the car in the same condition it was in when dropped off. He also explained what he found and how it was repaired. I would definitely recommend Southgate VW to anyone in need of a new vehicle or looking for parts or service.
