We had a great experience at the dealership while purchasing our van. Max was very accommodating and helpful while we were there, especially considering we had our two young kids with us for part of the process. We re rating our experience a 3/5 because of some of the follow up required to repair a mirror that was broken on our van when we purchased it. While assured at the dealership that it would be a quick and easy process to have it repaired and that they would be in touch when the part came in, it took several contacts on our part over a few weeks to make arrangements for the repair. We understand that things get busy and were trying not to be unreasonable. We just would have appreciated the follow through that was discussed on the day Wilde made the sale. That being said, we do love our vehicle and would certainly return to Wilde in the future. Just wanted to respectfully provide some honest feedback.
