What's not to love about the zoo?. Don't let its location for you. It is very well-maintained. Very well shaded. They sell beer. There's two sides to the zoo. It's absolutely beautiful in there. if you live in the area and are going to go more than once a year I highly recommend a season pass. You can go as much as you want all year long. It's well worth it if you have kids especially. the season pass we purchased was for $115 and covered two adults and four children. Well worth it.
