I know since 2015 Honda car's quality gone down (Consumer's report). My Honda Elements were good experiences. I didn't expect Honda car's quality gone down this fast. It may even have some things happen very soon after the purchase of a new car, sounds like it, from their own people.

Very bad experience here with the fanancial manager. Customer been called "dumb" face to face.
