Brought my trek bike to these guys to get it serviced after having some gearing and chain problems. They were really knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my bike. When I picked up the bike after it had been serviced, they explained to me that the new chain and parts that were fitted will need to be worn in and maybe readjusted after a few rides. Just as they said, a week later the gears needed adjusting which took them literally 30 seconds to do and it was back running like new. The guys through the whole process were super friendly and gave me some great advice on how to keep my bike at its best. The best customer experience I ve had in any shop, period. If you live within a 100 miles radius of these guys and need work doing to your bike I can t recommend them enough they are well worth the trip.

Oh also they have a amazing dog in the shop that will welcome you as you walk in and just made the experience that much better.
