Incredibly long wait times. The issue is that the folks that process the taxes are sloppy and careless and make tons of mistakes resulting in tons of phone calls - two years in a row they have lost portions of my return. This year they claimed I paid $0 in Income Tax because they did not have any W2s (100% mine were included in the mailing). Anyway when I finally contacted a living person on the phone it took them 5 minutes to look up my SSN and see my employers copy of the W2 and see it matched my return. Question- we did the processor not take this step. Here we are in late August and I still dont have a $3K refund from a tax return that was returned 10 days early.
