For some years it has been a fixed stop in the summer and to be honest always found very well, beautiful informal and relaxing location, all in all good food.
But after last night's dinner I was quite disappointed: burrata and friselle which have very little of Puglia (I come 15 days in Puglia and my heart wept at the tasting), paccheri with embarrassing shrimp and squid (watered down, tasteless, completely untied, two prawns and a squid in the dish), risotto with rocket and abominable crescenza (you cannot call risotto a boiled rice subsequently seasoned separately). In all honesty, the fried arborelle and the eggplant parmigiana are kept at an excellent level.
Really sorry because dinner at Maltrainsema has always been pleasant but we will probably never go back.
