I bought my king size Luxury style mattress from the Big Table around 3 years ago. Recently part of the mattress lost support and I contact the Big Table. I have long term back problem and due to that fault my back pain came back. They came to check the mattress after 3 weeks. The guy agreed that something wrong with it and advised he will go back to the shop and will contact me back. No one contact me back, when I called them after a week they said it was my fault and it might got damaged when I turn over the mattress. Changing side of the mattress it what Big Table advise initially when you buy mattress from them. When I told them that this is not fair to blame me on their fault he told me "can't do anything" and hung up the call.... Big table charge high price but the quality is poor and customer service is very rude. My advice is look for another mattress company which stand behind the guarantee policy, big table is certainly not!!!!
