Used Josh Montgomery from Ameriserv to repair the motor mechanism of my Liftmaster unit. It turned into a fairly complex issue in that the problem with the existing unit was not what it was thought to be. Both Josh and his boss came up with a solution that solved the issue but did it in a manner that also was conscious of the overall cost of the repair. Would use this firm again. Josh was on time, knowledgeable, and very oriented to helping his client.
