Great customer service from Angela and Russ! I got my oil change and state inspection in just an hour. I was able to make it to my next appointment in plenty of time. And this was on Saturday! This is my fifth Prius I ve purchased from here and continue getting great service from Lithia. They re (ICHIBAN, #1) in my book! Happy New Year to Lithia Toyota and all of their wonderful staff!
