While I was warned about bad customer support and did experience what I would consider bad service when I first encountered a problem, I was eventually put in touch with Tanner who was very responsive to my issues and was able to resolve them following his instructions over the phone via my request. I was even compensated with a free game code as an apology for my previous experience, which in my opinion, shows that they do care about the customer. Now my machine is running like I expected it to and I'm very happy with it.
