Worst experience ever. This place is a scam I don t know how they are still in business. They were listed under my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield with the wrong phone number which should ve been my first red flag. I figured out the area code and called anf immediately got someone who is friendly and was able to take my appointment for the very next day. She told me she would be emailing me forms to fill out and I would need to send a copy of my ID and insurance card and I never received those forms. Received a text message from a random number reminding me about my appointment and an email inviting me to a zoom meeting. The first meeting went well and I was advised to call back to make a follow up appointment. I have now been trying to call for three days straight have left numerous voicemails and no one has returned my call. They never got my insurance or ID to verify information and now they are dodging me for no apparent reason please do not go here. You will waste your time. I am absolutely amazed at the lack of professionalism.
