Y'all remember this day ... The day we picked out ...

Y'all remember this day ... The day we picked out our new car ... This one pictured 2012 Honda Civic ... I insured this car and thank god I did ... We had an appointment to come back with the down payment of $500 in just a few days. We were financed through Heritage Trust. On the day we picked up the car with the down payment at Cook's Auto Sales ... As soon as we got out the car we were told that Heritage Trust would not finance the Honda without $1000 and already had the 2012 Ford Focus pulled up to where we parked. It had more features but Ford has a bad rap in breaking which you can see with the almost $4000 in repairs and hasn't even been a year yet. So we TRUSTED the sales rep Derek Black because we knew him and THOUGHT he was good people. Unfortunately a call to the bank Heritage Trust today changed ALL of that. You see ... All along they ALL knew we weren't getting the Honda Civic ... The bank NEVER received an application for that car ONLY the Ford which is not the car we picked out. My husband has good credit so that wasn't an issue. So intentionally led us to believe as you can see in this photo that the car we picked out when in fact they had other plans for us when we came to pick it up ... I communicated with my sales rep through phone and messenger *which I still have those messages* that WHOLE week. So they FRAUDULENTLY led us to believe that the bank said no to our down payment when no application was submitted at all. The day before picking it up I INSURED the Honda Civic so I could leave the lot with an insured car and just had the PROOF of insurance cards and payment emailed to me. Cooks Auto Sales is a fraud and we are taking you guys to court! P.S I contacted Bill Woods and gave him a choice nicely to either fix the issue or go to court. He chose court so we'll see ya there.
