My husband had severe stomache pain so he went alone to the emergency room. He doesn t speak English very well and they didn t offer a translator and didn t explain the treatment and prices they were giving him. Now they sent us an outrageously expensive bill that we can t pay and when I called to talk to someone about the bill the woman was very rude and would let me talk she kept taking and then hung up on me.
