Spectacular dealership. I went to buy a used car and drove all over Kansas City for four days before deciding to look at a Rav4 here. Normally I try not to call ahead; I prefer to surprise the salespeople so that they don't have time to jump start cars or reset sensors etc, but I was short on time so I did call ahead. Brandon Adams took the car across the street to the Toyata dealership to make sure he knew all of the features of the car before I arrived. When I entered the building, he walked up to me with a carfax report and the service records for the vehicle before taking me out and showing me every last feature on that car. I don't think I had to ask a single question. I was so impressed. The car was in excellent condition and listed at a fair price, there was no pressure, and once I decided to buy the transaction was super smooth. Hopefully next time I go to buy a car, they'll have what I want and I don't have to look elsewhere.
