I arrived at 8 am tired .. check in is at 4 pm!!!...

I arrived at 8 am tired .. check in is at 4 pm!!!! so i slept in the lobby!!
No water bottles ,, No tea or coffee in the room,
Bad smell coming from the toilet.
Check in is 11 am.. giving 5 hours window period of cleaning which is alot!!!
