Google needs to update the rating system to include 0 stars. Brought my cat here today, their lack of urgency was amazing. I called before arriving, and told them my cat was injured and her wound was infected and she had been lethargic for a couple of days. It was obvious how much pain she was in. Just by looking at her wound you could tell it was an emergency. My son and I waited 3 hours with no updates no info and apparently no care for my cat. She died today her name was Cali. The funny thing is that after over 3 hours of waiting they rushed out in a frenzy saying we need $650 dollars for emergency triage right now. What a joke maybe if they had that same urgency when we arrived she would still be alive. I guess money is more important to the owners than caring for your animals.

tl;dr If you like your pets alive don't come here. Money maker scam IMHO
