Thank you all at NP Inc. for your professional ways. The frontline staff were very understanding and wonderfully supportive. The knowledgeable technicians who work behind the scene did an excellent and expedient repair on my five year old Windows 7 computer following the performed hardware and software diagnostic confirmed major problems in the old original hard drive.

A follow up telephone conversation with the Northern Protocol staff confirmed that I had made a 100% right choice when with so many other computer repair businesses to have chosen from NP was the perfect choice for me.
