We purchased a Worldwide emissions machine about 14 months ago for our Subaru dealership and were happy with the machine and the service we received. We then purchased 2 more for our sister Nissan store and the machines and technicians have been nothing but excellent.
When we had a small issue with the machine last week it was odd that we couldnt get through to the help phone number that was always answered promptly in the past. After sending an email to the company, I was immediately contacted by a technician and then received a follow up call and email from Will Delaney, Director of Business Development and one of the owners sons, apologizing and explaining they had a problem with their phone lines and were working to resolve it.
The issue with the machine started Thursday afternoon before Memorial Day and by early Tuesday morning Frank the technician was here and had us up and running in about an hour and the repairs were covered under warranty. Great service, great company. Would highly recommend them for emissions testing products.
